SHIPPING POLICY

At ROYAL ARCHERY, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping to all US addresses. Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order is processed. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive separate shipping notifications.

FULFILLMENT PARTNER
Our products are fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. Your items will ship directly from their facilities to ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier will be determined based on your location and the items ordered.

ORDER CHANGES
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any delivery issues, such as a package marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate and work to resolve the issue.
