RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At ROYAL ARCHERY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at royalarchery@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at royalarchery@outlook.com and we'll help you arrange an exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at royalarchery@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
